Answer a few questions and we'll recommend 2-3 peptides matched to your goals, experience level, and preferences.
Pick the outcome that matters most right now.
Two questions, a fixed lookup table. There is no scoring model and nothing is personalised beyond the goal and experience level you pick — the quiz simply surfaces the compounds most often studied for each goal, ordered from best-evidenced to most speculative.
At the beginner level the quiz removes any compound whose regulatory status is investigational, and shows the two best-evidenced remaining options. Intermediate and advanced users see up to three. Retatrutide, for example, is Phase 3 and not commercially available, so it never appears in a beginner result.
A “read the guide” link appears only where ONPEPS has actually published a guide for that compound. Where no article exists yet, no link is shown rather than a placeholder that would lead nowhere.
The status line on each card is the regulatory reality, not an endorsement. Most peptides in this quiz are research compounds that are not approved for human use, and a recommendation here means only that the compound is well represented in the literature for that goal.
Our mission is to make peptide research clear, credible, and usable for people who refuse to rely on hype.
