They don’t respond

I purchased on August 18 and today is August 23. I emailed them on August 18 and they never responded for any of my messages emails. I contacted them on Discord they don’t respond. I just needed to change the shipping address because it’s filled out wrong they never answer no response and also no phone number to Call. Neither address to contact their name is hidden you can’t know any information about this website as who is the Company or the LLC also they use Shopify to ship stuff and they use Zelle for payment and I cannot dispute the Zelle payment anymore so I’m stuck and they took my money. They claim on the website that they respond within 24 hours, that’s a lie. They claim that they ship within two days that’s a lie.
