After making a few orders of Reta 5mg and then 10mg, semaglutide and a few other peptides I made an order early June for Reta 20mg. The first order arrived and did not work. I contacted supplier and they resent another batch and I sent my vial off to be tested. While this was happening I also made a second order of Mots, KPV and GHKCU. The second order took weeks to even be sent. Then after a few more weeks it was seized. Before we had even discussed a resend or refund I was told it had been shipped already - no chance to even change the address meaning this order will likely be seized too. What followed was another wait of over a week to even be collected and the supplier ghosting me about the whereabouts of this package and explanation of why the second lot of Reta also isn’t working. Test results of a batch with the same lid and cap colour were posted on finnrick website stating purity was 94% and failed. Madeline continued to ignore me so I contacted their business WhatsApp. This person did not care in the slightest about the enter situation and kept telling me to wait for Madeline to reply even though it had been a week and she’s been online daily but chosen to ignore my messages. When she did reply days later she told me to wait until Monday for her to resolve it. It’s now Thursday and she is again ghosting me and so is the business page. Paid for Reta and got an item that doesn’t work, paid for the others and it doesn’t arrive. Thieves
