Put in an order for Ru58841 first pack just sort of disappeared after customs and some waiting. They very promptly shipped out a replacement with an INCREDIBLY FAST shipping option. It cleared customs and was in my hand within 48 hours after customs. As far as quality or anything about the RU other then it's dry powder idk yet lol. But 100% my sales.rep is super helpful and got my order to me very timely with the first package in mind.
